ÉCLAT LABEL SHIPPING POLICY

We offer free standard shipping within Canada and the US for orders over $150 with code "FREESHIP". All shipping costs and delivery dates are calculated in your shopping cart once the shipping address is given.

For all local Toronto and GTA orders, use code "LOCAL" for free delivery or pick-up (NO order minimum required). If you would like to pick up your order, please send an e-mail to customerservice@eclatlabel.com at the same time of your order placement with detailed instructions and a requested pick-up time and we will get back to you within 24 hours. Please pick up your order only after you have received a confirmation e-mail from us that your order is ready for pick-up.

**For eligible codes that may be combined with shipping codes: Unfortunately, you are only able to enter one code at a time in your checkout. If this occurs and you have an eligible code that may be combined with a shipping code, please contact us and we will refund you the shipping amount.

ÉCLAT LABEL RETURN POLICY

We are excited to announce our FREE RETURNS policy for North America on all full-priced purchases! We accept returns or exchanges on unworn full-priced merchandise with the original tags still attached within 7 days of receiving of your order. Please contact us at returns@eclatlabel.com stating the reason for your return and order details, and we will respond within 24 hours with a return label. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. 

PLEASE NOTE: ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED. No exceptions.

All Toronto returns can be picked up from the original shipping address, free of charge. The return must be requested within 7 days of delivery, and funds will be refunded to the customer upon receipt of the original merchandise. Merchandise must be unworn with the original tags still attached, to be eligible for a refund.
